I’m writing you to inquire about your condo for rent in Southwinds. My mother-n-law Mary Houser, a permanent resident of Southwinds will be celebrating a very special birthday this April 13th. Both of her sons Fran and Rick live in Connecticut and would like to be with Mary on her birthday. Every year both families independently go to visit Mary and stay with her in Marco. Her condo is just too small to accommodate both families at the same time. Since our family is just my husband and I, we hoped we could rent a condo in Southwinds. This would allow both families to be there at the same time and be close enough to do things together. We realize rental terms are usually at least 30 days but, we both work and are limited to how much time we can take off. We are looking to be in Marco from April 5th to the 15th.
